Medical Myths Untrue

U.S. Researchers put some time in to discovering the truth about seven commonly held medical beliefs. The medical myths were;

* Drink at least eight glasses of water a day for good health
* We use only 10% of our brains
* Hair and fingernails continue to grow after death
* Shaving causes hair to grow back faster or coarser
* Reading in dim light ruins your eyesight
* Mobile phones are dangerous in hospitals
* Eating turkey makes people especially drowsy

In general, it seems that all of the above are untrue!
